PWF Sudden Impact 2017
May 27, 2017

-During the PWF Double Crown Championship match between champion Nigel
McGuinness and challenger Mike Quackenbush, James Gibson hit the ring and laid
out both McGuinness and Quackenbush with a running double-arm lariat. Gibson
worked over both men and beat them down. Gibson grabbed Referee Jim Mollineux
and shoved him down. Mollineux called for the bell and rule the match a
no-contest. Gibson stomped on McGuinness and Quackenbush and then left the ring
to huge boos from the crowd.

-Following the PWF World Heavyweight Championship match between champion Samoa
Joe and challenger Ken Kennedy, Kennedy got up from the mat and stood at
ringside as Joe held his title high in the air. Kennedy Alliance members Dave
Finlay, Giant Bernard, Travis Tomko, Umaga, Abyss and Paul Heyman came to the
ring. Heyman patted Kennedy on the back as Finlay, Bernard, Tomko, Umaga and
Abyss entered the ring and went after Joe. The Kennedy Alliance beat down Joe
as Kennedy and Heyman stood watching at ringside. The Kennedy Alliance left
Joe laying in a pool of blood as Kennedy and Heyman left the ring, followed by
their stable.

-During the event, it was the 2017 Champions Cup would be a sixteen-man single
elimination tournament consisting of:
