Interview:
Brent Albright interview

("Live To Win" by Motorhead played as Brent Albright came to the ring to boos
from the crowd.)

Brent Albright: The number one contender is in the building, which means
everyone best pay attention. PWF Battle Final: a triangle match for the PWF
World Heavyweight Championship between the champion Matt Sydal, Adam Pearce and
yours truly, Brent Albright. I feel it's a shame that Kenny Bolin has already
made his remarks and insists that Sydal will stand alone. Matt, we could have
taken care of Pearce and had at it ourselves, but no, you want to be a big shot
and you want to stand alone against Adam Pearce and I. Sydal, you do what
you've got to do, but I'm going to make sure I do what I've got to do as well.
If that involves me ripping your arm off your body; so be it. Adam Pearce, it's
funny that we're always on opposite sides. We're similar creatures and all we
want is to be on top. Trouble is, there's only room for one. Pearce, we could
easily be the most deadly combination in PWF history, but you don't want it and
you never have. Pearce, it makes me wonder if you truly do want to be on top,
because in my opinion, all you want to do is talk about it. You come out, you
play the tough guy, you get the people behind you and you ultimately come up
short. Pearce, come Battle Final, there can be only one. Maybe it'll be Matt
Sydal. Maybe it'll be Brent Albright, but I guarantee you Pearce, it's not
going to be you.

(Albright left the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Interview:
Adam Pearce interview

("Limb From Limb" by Motorhead played as Adam Pearce came to the ring to cheers
from the crowd.)

Adam Pearce: Brent Albright is calling himself the number one contender. Well,
Albright, I'm the number one contender as well and as everybody already knows,
PWF Battle Final will see Matt Sydal defend the PWF World Heavyweight
Championship against Brent Albright and me: Adam Pearce. I've been in the ring
with Sydal while the title was on the line. I've been in the ring as a fighting
champion before. Brent Albright, according to my records, you don't know how it
feels to win a title or defend a title. Albright, you talk a big game and
that's where it ends. You're nothing, but a loud mouth scumbag who is going to
get his ass handed to him. You guarantee that I don't walk out of Battle Final
as the champion? Albright, I'd like to know how you plan on stopping me. With
the triangle match, it's not important to whether I have to go through Albright
first, Sydal last or vice versa. In the end, it's simply about victory and at
PWF Battle Final you'll be looking at the new PWF World Heavyweight Champion.

(Pearce left the ring to cheers from the crowd.)

12/1/18: PWF Showdown #152

Interview:
Bolin Services interview

("Woke Up This Morning" by A-3 played as Bolin Services: PWF World Heavyweight
Champion Matt Sydal, PWF World Tag Team Champions Jimmy Rave & Joey Matthews,
Ken Doane and Kenny Bolin came to the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Kenny Bolin: Battle Final is upon us and slotted in the main event against the
star himself Matt Sydal are Brent Albright and Adam Pearce in a Triangle Match
for the PWF World Heavyweight Championship.

(The fans cheered the announcement.)

Kenny Bolin: It comes as no surprise to me that neither Pearce nor Albright
could defeat the other man; they are similar men in that neither one of them
has got what it takes to win it all. We've already seen Pearce fall flat on his
face against Matt Sydal and now we get to see Albright get his greasy ass
kicked from pillar to post by the champion. Albright, everybody knows you're a
cunning, manipulative man, but you're looking at the guy who wrote the
definition. So, don't think for a second that Matt Sydal is going to lured in
by your bullshit and help you get rid of Adam Pearce. Gunner, this isn't a team
effort and there will be no deal struck between Bolin Services and the likes of
you. It's each man for himself and the best man will win. It just so happens,
the best man is standing right next to me.

(Sydal held the PWF World Heavyweight Championship belt high in the air as the fans booed him.)

Kenny Bolin: Pearce, as I stated, we've been down this road before with you.
There's a saying: the more things change, the more they stay the same. That is
exactly what we're dealing with right now, "Scrap Iron." Sure, you pinned Sydal
in a six-man tag team match, but everybody knows when it comes down to crunch
time with the title on the line, you run and hide while Matt Sydal reigns
supreme. Pearce, it's simply how the world functions. The strong survive while
the weak perish. Gentlemen, we'll see you at Battle Final and we'll be packing
a wallop (Bolin tapped his briefcase and smirked).

(Bolin Services left the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Chris Hero-Bret Hart interview

("Holding Out For a Hero" by Bonnie Tyler played as the Kings of Wrestling:
Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli, Kevin Steen and Larry Sweeney came to the ring
to boos from the crowd.)

Chris Hero: By now, every jackass in this arena should understand what I'm out
here to say. Battle Final is on the way and so is the showdown between the
Hitman and the Hero. Hart! Battle Final, I want your ass in this ring and I
won't take no for an answer!

("Hart Attack" by Jim Johnston played as Bret Hart came to the ring to cheers
from the crowd.)

Bret Hart: Hero, first and foremost, don't you dare come out here and try and
pretend you're a tough guy. You and I both know, you're a coward who wants
nothing to do with me inside the ring. You run and hide behind your group of
lackeys. However, I want to put an end to this more than you have any idea, so
I'll do you one better. Battle Final: Hero vs. Hart inside a Steel Cage.

(The fans exploded with cheers.)

Chris Hero: Hitman, you just made the mistake of your life, pal. If you think I
need help kicking your ass all over the ring, then old age really is kicking
in. Hart, I will gladly grind your face off the cold hard steel and walk over
your bleeding body the victor!

Bret Hart: Hero, you're always a lot of talk and little action. Chris, Battle
Final, this will finally be over when I teach you a lesson in humility.

Chris Hero: Hitman, regardless of what you may think, this will never, ever
truly be over.

(Hero tossed the microphone aside and left the ring with the Kings of
Wrestling.)

11/3/18: PWF Showdown #150

Interview:
Brent Albright interview

("Live To Win" by Motorhead played as Brent Albright came to the ring to boos
from the crowd.)

Brent Albright: PWF WarGames: the battle between the PWF and ECW. An elite
group of wrestlers matched against each other as teams to fight for their
respective companies. In the end, the PWF was victorious because of one man and
one man alone: me! No Brent Albright and the PWF gets its ass kicked courtesy
of the Extreme Horsemen and ECW. It's been a long road for the Gunner to be
able to stand in this ring like this. I have reached the peak of the mountain
and I am primed to plant my flag at the top. The PWF World Heavyweight
Championship is my mission and it will be completed when I take Matt Sydal and
break his arm in half and take his PWF World Heavyweight Championship.

("Limb From Limb" by Motorhead played as Adam Pearce came to the ring to cheers
from the crowd. Pearce faced off with Albright.)

Adam Pearce: Albright, you were impressive at WarGames and you did right by the
entire company by finally stepping forward and looking out for someone other
than yourself, but in the end, it was just a vehicle for you to challenge for
the PWF World Heavyweight Championship. Well, in case you didn't notice, I am
the man who is owed another shot at Sydal's title because I am the man who
pinned his shoulders to the mat-not you.

Brent Albright: Pearce, you don't belong out here and if you step out of line
and insult me again, I'll make sure you never walk anywhere ever again. By
being the sole survivor of WarGames and winning for the PWF, yes, I was looking
out for old number one, which is exactly the point. Pearce, simply because you
run around and tell people you're something special, doesn't mean you are.
WarGames, I proved to this company and all of those naysayer's in ECW that the
backbone of the PWF is "The Gun For Hire" Brent Albright!

Adam Pearce: Brent, you've finally validated yourself to everybody, great, now
step aside while I call Sydal out here and take his title from him.

(Albright shoved Pearce and the two began to square off as "Woke Up This
Morning" by A-3 played and Bolin Services members PWF World Heavyweight
Champion Matt Sydal and Kenny Bolin came to the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Kenny Bolin: Gentlemen, gentlemen. I don't know where either one of you gets
off staking claim to a title you've never held and will never hold. Pinfall
victories in tag team matches or outlasting another company doesn't make you
what Matt Sydal is and that is THE PWF World Heavyweight Champion! If you two
wannabes want a shot at Mr. Sydal's title, then you can go at it and earn a
shot, but as of right now, Matt Sydal recognizes nobody as the number one
contender to his championship belt.

Adam Pearce: Bolin, if all it takes is me beating Brent Albright, consider it
done.

Brent Albright: Pearce, you have no idea what you've gotten yourself into with
a statement like that and I'll make it easy for you. PWF Blaze of Glory, I
break your arm in fifteen different places and then go on to raise my hand with
your broken one.

(Albright stormed out of the ring pointing and taunting both Pearce and Sydal.
Sydal held his title high in the air and smirked at Pearce, who left the ring,
staring down Sydal the entire way.)

Bret Hart interview

("Hart Attack" by Jim Johnston played as Bret Hart came to the ring to cheers

Bret Hart: PWF WarGames had no nonsense and no bullshit. Chris Hero acted like
a man and I respect him for that. The PWF beat ECW and Hero lived up to his end
of the deal, as I did mine. Hero, I'm ready to shake your hand and bury the
hatchet.

("Holding Out For a Hero" by Bonnie Tyler played as Kings of Wrestling members
Chris Hero and Larry Sweeney came to the ring to a mixture of cheers and boos.)

Chris Hero: Bret, I suppose I should be out here to simply shake your hand and
bury the hatchet, but I'm not! Hitman, I'm not going to shake your hand,
because I'm not finished with you. Sure, I put our differences aside at
WarGames and we worked as a team, but that was one time. That one time is over
and now it's simply a matter of time before we hook up in the ring and I kick
your ass all over the fucking thing!

Bret Hart: Hero, I tried to be humble and essentially swallow my pride, but I
can see that was a mistake. You wan to get into it, fine, you tell me when and
where and I'll show up...but, remember, Chris, I'm not going to be the hunted
when we step in the ring and I'm not going to lay down for you. Hero, you want
to screw with me, you my friend are in for a realization that you will never be
better than me.

down.)

Ken Doane and Kenny Bolin came to the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Kenny Bolin: PWF Tag League has come and gone and despite the hopes of other
men, Bolin Services still stakes its claim to the World Heavyweight
Championship and the World Tag Team Championship!

(Sydal, Rave and Matthews posed with their title belts as the fans booed them.)

Kenny Bolin: Seven times tried and seven teams failed as Jimmy Rave and Joey
Matthews marched through the Tag League and staked their claim in history as
THE greatest tag team champions the PWF has ever seen. And then it was Adam
Pearce against Matt Sydal. Pearce, you wanted to be made a star, and simply by
stepping in the ring with Sydal, your stock has risen in the minds of every fan
in this building. Pearce, the ending was obvious to even the stupidest person
around. In summary: you never had a chance! Pearce, you got beat by a better
man and there is no shame in being beaten by the star himself, Matt Sydal!

(Sydal held his title belt high in the air as Pearce quickly hit the ring and
tackled Sydal. Pearce threw as many fists as he could, before being pulled off
of Sydal by Doane and Matthews. Pearce slid out of the ring and pointed at
Sydal, motioning to the PWF World Heavyweight Championship as Bolin had to be
restrained by Rave.)

Kenny Bolin: Pearce! Just for that, the next time I see you in the ring, you're

Mike Quackenbush. That's right, as of today, Team PWF is missing its fourth
member. As you all know, I wanted Bret Hart to co-captain the team, but he and
Chris Hero aren't willing to put differences aside.

(Hero snickered and shrugged his shoulders.)

Jim Cornette: Paul Heyman, ECW, the thing about it, we're more than willing to
go at it with you guys, one man short.

(The lights went as the crowd began to buzz. As the lights came back on, ECW
members, Paul Heyman and the Extreme Horsemen: Steve Corino, Rhino, Jerry Lynn,
C.W. Anderson and manager Jack Victory were in the ring. Heyman broke his cell
phone over the head of Cornette as ECW and the PWF began trading blows in the
middle of the ring. ECW gained the upper-hand due to the difference in numbers.
Victory handed Rhino a table and Rhino prepared to Gore Quackenbush through it.
Bret Hart hit the ring to cheers from the crowd and hip tossed the charging
Rhino through the table. Hart, Hero, Albright and Quackenbush chased ECW off as
the fans cheered. Hart and Hero squared off in the center of the ring. Hart
nodded to Hero and could be heard saying, "One time." Hart left the ring,
followed by Hero, Albright, Quackenbush and then Cornette.)

9/15/18: PWF Showdown #147

Interview:
Jim Cornette interview

(As the event began, PWF Owner Jim Cornette came to the ring.)

Jim Cornette: I'm not out here to try and smooth things over or take sides
against either man. As a matter of fact, I'm out here with a request. Bret
Hart, if you would, please make your way to the ring. Chris Hero, please make
your way to the ring as well.

("Hart Attack" by Jim Johnston played as Bret Hart came to the ring to cheers
from the crowd. "Holding Out For a Hero" by Bonnie Tyler played as Chris Hero
came to the ring to boos from the crowd. Both men stood on opposite sides of
Cornette, glaring at each other.)

Jim Cornette: Gentlemen, I'm not out here to get punched in the face again or
get in the middle of another scuffle, so please do try and control yourselves.
I'm out here regarding Extreme Championship Wrestling. Steve Corino of ECW laid
down the challenge and I accepted. At PWF WarGames, ECW is coming here to the
PWF with Steve Corino, Rhino, Jerry Lynn and C.W. Anderson to battle four of
our guys for the PWF Quadrathlon Survivor Championship. I am out here to
recruit the two most seasoned and successful veterans I have on my roster to
form one half of the PWF team. Gentlemen, this isn't about Bret Hart and this
isn't about Chris Hero; this is about the PWF versus ECW. You two have to put
your personal differences aside and stand up for the PWF.

Chris Hero: Mr. Cornette, I will gladly be a part of the Team PWF. I am THE PWF
and always have been. It's also important to remember, I'm not the guy in this
ring who has left and returned to the PWF on multiple occasions.

(Cornette immediately urged Hart to ignore Hero's comments.)

Bret Hart: Jim Cornette, I appreciate your offer and truly wish I could join
Team PWF to put ECW in their place, but I can't swallow my pride that easily
and team with a piece of shit like Chris Hero. I can't trust the man and
thinking back, don't know why I ever did.

Jim Cornette: Bret, we need you to captain the team with Hero. We can't have
ECW come in here and tear us down.

Bret Hart: Jim, like I already said, I can't trust Hero and thus I can't join
Team PWF; you'll have to find somebody else.

(Hart left the ring as Brent Albright came to the ring. Albright and Hart
stared at one another while walking in separate directions.)

Brent Albright: Jim Cornette, you can add me to the team and expect nothing
else than success on my part.

(Mike Quackenbush came to the ring.)

Mike Quackenbush: Jim Cornette, I would feel privileged to stand in the ring
and defend the PWF. You can add my name to the team.

Jim Cornette: Gentlemen, I appreciate your willingness to stand up and fight
for your company. We're about two months away and we're one man short.
Nevertheless, it's my contention that ECW doesn't have anything on us.

(Cornette left the ring, followed by Hero, Albright and Quackenbush.)

spinning headscissors into a cradle on Romero for the pinfall victory. Romero
got to his feet in disbelief. Evans came into the ring and knocked Tiger Mask
off the ring apron. Romero dropkicked Referee Paul Turner and began pounding
on Mistico. Romero began pulling at the mask of Mistico. Romero tried to pull
Mistico's mask off, but was met with resistance from Mistico. Romero tore a
piece of Mistico's mask off from the middle of the mask and threw him into the

Interview:
Kings of Wrestling interview

("Holding Out For a Hero" by Bonnie Tyler played as the Kings of Wrestling:
Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli, Kevin Steen and Larry Sweeney came to the
ring to boos from the crowd.)

Larry Sweeney: It's a bird! It's a plane! It's...it's the guy who made Bret
Hart is bitch at Heat of Battle...it's Chris Hero!

(Hero did a rolling, somersault into the center of the ring and stood there
with his arms raised high in the air.)

Chris Hero: Hart, you wanted me in a match, you got me and you realized you had
no chance and you turned our wrestling match into a glorified street fight
which ended in a no-contest. Bret, you screwed the fans out of a match and you
should be ashamed of yourself. Bret, if you think you're going to simply pummel
me into submission and I'm going to run and hide, you're stuck in 1997, old
man. You can't kill superman and you can't kill Chris Hero. Hart, like I've
told you before: anytime, any place, anywhere. I'm not hard to find, I'm the
guy with the company on his back and your career in his hands.

(Hart stormed to the ring and tackled Hero. Castagnoli, Steen and Sweeney tried
to pull Hart off of Hero, but were met with resistance as Hero and Hart rolled
around the ring, trading fists. PWF officials and agents hit the ring and broke
up the scuffle as the Kings of Wrestling left the ring with Hero taunting
Hart.)

Interview:
Bolin Services interview

("Woke Up This Morning" by A3 played as Bolin Services: PWF World Heavyweight
Champion Matt Sydal, PWF World Tag Team Champions Jimmy Rave & Joey Matthews,
Ken Doane and Kenny Bolin came to the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Kenny Bolin: First and foremost, it's time to pay our respects to the
heavyweight champion of the world. This man does not have to be here. He has
decided to be here tonight, only because I asked him to be. He could just as
easily be signing autographs throughout the country, but as a star he
understands, he has certain obligations as champion and thus, Matt Sydal is
standing here before all of you.

(Sydal held the PWF World Heavyweight Championship belt high in the air as the
fans booed him.)

Kenny Bolin: Typical reaction from a group of your basic assholes. Moving away
from the negative attitudes of all of you fans in attendance, Bolin Services
feels it necessary to note that the greatest tag team champions of all-time are
set to place their title belts at stake in the PWF Tag League. There are seven
spots available in the PWF Tag League. The top seed is of course occupied by
Mr. Rave and Mr. Matthews. If any other tag teams wish to made examples of, by
all means, sign up and be prepared to be made stars by Bolin Services. The
other topic is that of the champion and the challenger for the PWF World
Heavyweight Championship. Ken Doane, I hold no distaste for your loss to Adam
Pearce, I'm almost happy it took place. Happy? Yes. I'm happy because now Adam
Pearce has nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. Adam Pearce is going to be shown
what it means to be a champion, what it means to be a star and it means to be a
legend courtesy of Matt Sydal. Pearce! PWF Tag League is the stage. The PWF
World Heavyweight Championship is the prize. Defeat is your mission. Mr.
Pearce, Matt Sydal is going to kick your ass!

PWF Heat of Battle 2018
August 25, 2018

-During Chris Hero's entrance prior to his match with Bret Hart, Hart tackled
Hero from behind as the two brawled in the aisle way and around ringside.
Referee Brian Hildebrand tried to bring the two men into the ring to begin the
match, but was knocked out by Hart. Referees Paul Turner and Nick Patrick came
to the ring with a group of PWF agents and officials. Hart and Hero made their
way into the ring and Turner quickly called for the bell and for the match to
begin. Throughout the match, Hart and Hero continually ignored Turner's rules.
Hart sent Hero over the top rope with a running lariat and proceeded to execute
a suicide dive on Hero. Turner made his way to the ringside floor and demanded
Hart and Hero return to the ring. Hart and Hero laid out Turner as Patrick
called for the bell and ruled the match a no-contest. Hart and Hero continued
to pound on each other as agents and officials separated them. Hart was
escorted backstage as Hero was as well, following Hart's exit.

-During the Bret Hart vs. Ken Doane match, Kenny Bolin stood at ringside in
the corner of Doane. Hart and Doane traded fists in the center of the ring as
Bolin climbed the ring apron and taunted Hart. Hart whipped Doane off the
ropes, which sent Bolin down to the ringside floor. Hart executed the side
Russian legsweep on Doane and slide out of the ring. Hart pulled Doane's legs
out underneath the ropes and crotched him in between the ringpost. Hart applied
the ringpost figure-four leglock to Doane as Referee Nick Patrick tried to
break the hold. After failing to restore order, Patrick called for the ball,
disqualifying Hart and awarding the match to Doane. Hart released the hold and

8/11/18: PWF Showdown #145

Interview:
Matt Sydal's open challenge

("Woke Up This Morning" by A3 played as the PWF World Heavyweight Champion Matt
Sydal came to the ring with manager Kenny Bolin to huge boos from the crowd.)

Kenny Bolin: PWF Heat of Battle is approaching and what a perfect title for an
event. The heat of battle exists between two men who will never truly trust one
another and you have to wonder if they ever did, Bret Hart and Chris Hero. Both
men are set on a path towards destruction and nothing works out better for
Bolin Services than those two boys beating the hell out of each other. However,
there is a far more important topic to discuss and that is the fact that Matt
Sydal doesn't have a worthy opponent for the event. So, now I am issuing an
open challenge to any man who thinks he can defeat THE Heavyweight Champion of
the World, the star himself...MATT SYDAL!

(Sydal stood un-phased by the idea of defending the title against anyone.)

Kenny Bolin: This man, Matt Sydal, looks forward to defending his championship
against a man willing to step forward and put his career on the line against
the greatest champion of all-time. Matt Sydal urges someone right now to step
forward and walk the plank! Step forward and accept the future that is Matt
Sydal!

("Shoot `em Down" by Motorhead played as former PWF World Heavyweight Champion
Dave Finlay returned to the PWF to cheers from the crowd.)

Kenny Bolin: Well, look at what we have here. Former PWF World Heavyweight
Champion, Dave Finlay. Finlay, in walking out here you have accepted Matt
Sydal's open challenge and at PWF Heat of Battle, Matt Sydal is going to show
you what a real champion is all about. Matt Sydal is going to show you what a
real man does in the ring. Matt Sydal is going to show you, quite simply, what
the greatest Heavyweight Champion of all-time does best and that is win!

(Sydal squared-off with Finlay. Sydal shoved Finlay as Finlay took a swing at
Sydal, but missed as Sydal ducked out of the way and slid out of the ring with
Bolin. Sydal held the PWF World Heavyweight Championship belt high in the air
as Bolin yelled threats at Finlay as he left the ringside area with Sydal to
boos from the crowd.)

-Following the event, PWF Owner Jim Cornette responded to ECW's Steve Corino
and his comments regarding the PWF Quadrathlon Survivor Championship:

Jim Cornette: After hearing Mr. Corino's remarks toward the PWF and the
Quadrathlon Survivor Championship, I thought about his statements and decided
that the PWF would be more than willing to place the vacant PWF Quadrathlon
Survivor Championship at stake in a WarGames Elimination match featuring ECW's
Extreme Horsemen and a group of four PWF members. The ball is now in
Mr. Corino's court and that of Paul Heyman. If ECW feel the need to prove
themselves, then at PWF WarGames on October 27, 2018, the PWF will gladly stand
toe to toe with ECW and defeat them in the middle of the ring.
