PWF SuperClash 2017
February 18, 2017

-During the PWF Openweight Championship match between champion AJ Styles and challenger Curt Hennig, PWF Million Dollar Champion Ted DiBiase made his way to the ring and sat at ringside, observing the match. As Styles climbed the ring ropes, DiBiase got out of his seat and Hennig grabbed Referee Nick Patrick and held his back to Styles. DiBiase hit Styles in the face with the Million Dollar Championship belt and sent him flying, face first to the mat. Hennig quickly executed the Perfect Plex on Styles and covered him to win the PWF Openweight Championship. DiBiase and Hennig shook hands and stepped over Styles as they left the ring to boos from the crowd.

-During the Brent Albright vs. Chris Benoit match, Larry Sweeney climbed the ring apron to interfere when Albright told Sweeney to stand at ringside and stay out of the way. Begrudgingly, Sweeney stood at ringside throughout the match.

-Following the event, Roddy Piper left the PWF.
