3/12/16: PWF Showdown XCII

Interview:
Samoa Joe interview

("The Champ is Here" by Jadakiss played as Samoa Joe came to the ring to huge
cheers from the crowd.)

Samoa Joe: That song is absolutely correct. I am the PWF World Heavyweight
Champion, regardless of what the PWF says. I beat Chris Hero at SuperClash for
the PWF World Heavyweight Championship and then Larry Sweeney sticks his nose
in my business and creates trouble for himself that he doesn't want to have to
deal with. Sweeney, you've stepped into my sight lines and now I have to take
you and rip your fucking head off!

("Rebel Yell" by Billy Idol played as Larry Sweeney walked down the aisle way
and stood on the ringside floor as Joe stood in the ring.)

Larry Sweeney: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Let's calm down here, daddy. Joey, Joey, Joey.
I'm not sure what you're talking about. All I saw happen was Chris Hero pin
your shoulders to the mat and Referee Kehner count the fall. If Referee Kehner
had seen someone interfere, don't you think things would have been different? I
mean, if we can't trust our referees, then all is lost.

Samoa Joe: Sweeney, I hate guys like you. You think you're so fucking clever
and quick. All you're doing is pissing me off. I'd recommend you shut your
mouth before I put my boot in it.

Larry Sweeney: Joe, I don't really feel that's necessary. Not to mention, if
you do lay a hand on me, we're going to have a problem right here and now.

(Joe dropped the microphone and made his way toward Sweeney. Kevin Steen hopped
the guard rail and laid Joe out with a running Yakuza Kick to the back of the
head.)

Larry Sweeney: Told ya! Let me introduce everyone to the newest member to the
Kings of Wrestling: Kevin Steen!

(Sweeney stomped Joe quickly and then moved swiftly down the aisle way with
Steen by his side.)

Interview:
Kings of Wrestling (Brent Albright, Kevin Steen and Larry Sweeney) interview

(“Hart Attack” by Jim Johnston played as Brent Albright came to the ring, flanked by Kevin Steen and Larry Sweeney.)

Brent Albright: Now, let’s try this again. I’m out here looking for someone and everyone knows who it is. Hitman! Bring it out right now, so I can finish you once and for all.

(The crowd began chanting “We want Bret!”)

Larry Sweeney/Kevin Steen: We want Bret! We want Bret! We want Bret!

Brent Albright: Hitman…Hitman…Hitman…Come on, Bret. I know you’re out there somewhere. Get your fucking ass to this ring so I can rip your arm off and beat you with it.

(PWF Owner Jim Cornette came to the ring.)

Jim Cornette: Brent, Bret Hart is not here and nobody has seen him since Battle Final. There’s nothing left between Hart and you. So, let’s go, get out of the ring.

(Sweeney grabbed the microphone from Cornette.)

Larry Sweeney: Mr. Cornette, don’t you ever come here and interrupt Brent Albright again, ya bum!

(Cornette reached for the microphone, but was denied. Steen stood behind Cornette. Albright held his microphone up to Cornette’s face.)

Jim Cornette: Gentlemen, we can all appreciate your desire to wrestle a legend like Bret Hart, but he’s not here and he’s not going to be here. The Hitman is gone.

Brent Albright: What’d you just say?

Jim Cornette: I said, The Hitman is gone.

(Steen grabbed a hold of Cornette as he and Albright executed the Hart Attack on Cornette. Albright got in Cornette’s face as he lay on the mat grimacing in pain.)

Brent Albright: The Hitman is very much still here and you’re looking at him! Not only am I better than Bret Hart, but Kevin Steen and I executed the Hart Attack better than Hart and Neidhart ever could. Bret! Real simple: Get out of tap out! Since you’re not here, we’re going to have to give everyone an example of that truism on Jim Cornette right here and now!

(Albright applied the Sharpshooter to Cornette as the fans littered the ring with garbage. Sweeney mocked Cornette and acted as a referee, asking Cornette if he gave up or not.)

Greatest Stable Period (Adam Pearce and Roderick Strong) defeated Austin Aries and Jimmy Rave when Pearce pinned Rave with the Rack Bomb in
0:49:39.
