1/14/11: PWF Showdown XXVIII

Interview:
Alex Shelley and Chris Jericho interview

("Break Down The Wall" by Jim Johnston played as Chris Jericho and the new PWF
Intercontinental Champion Alex Shelley came to the ring to boos from the
crowd.)

Chris Jericho: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages,
welcome to PWF is Jericho!

(The fans booed.)

Chris Jericho: Never gets old, does it Shell-meister. Folks, do you understand
that standing in front of you is the "The Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla." "The
Highlight of the Night." "The Epicenter of Excitement." You're looking at one
bad mamma jamma!

(The fans continued to boo Jericho.)

Chris Jericho: Shell-man, do they not understand what's in front of them? Well,
you pieces of in-bred garbage, why don't you get down on your fucking knees and
praise your new PWF Intercontinental Champion!!

(Jericho pointed to Alex Shelley who stood proudly with his newly won PWF
Intercontinental Championship belt.)

Chris Jericho: Alex Shelley, the "The Technical Messiah." "The Prodigy." "The
Man of 1,005 Holds (with proof)." Folks, you are witnesses to a true champion,
a man who took AJ Styles and made him his personal bitch. Styles never really
did know what was going on until they scraped his face off the mat. Styles,
you're a very trusting man and it's just too bad. You fell victim to a classic
swerve! Up top, Shell!

(Jericho high-fived Shelley.)

Chris Jericho: The fact of the matter is, Alex Shelley is the new PWF
Intercontinental Champion and I am in his corner to kick the ass of any fool or
fools who get in our way. Moongoose McQueen is back ladies and gents and it's a
sad day for all of those stiffs who thought they had a shot. Shell-man, lead
the way to glory.

(Jericho dropped the microphone and followed Shelley out of the ring as the
fans booed them out of the building.)

Interview:
Kings of Wrestling interview

("We Are The Champions" by Queen played as the PWF World Tag Team Champions the
Kings of Wrestling: Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli came to the ring with
their manager "Sweet `N Sour" Larry Sweeney. Sweeney strutted to the ring in
his 1980's attire with giant sunglasses on.)

Larry Sweeney: Hey, PWF fans, I've got a question for you....Is Larry Sweeney
lookin' good tonight, or what?!!

(Sweeney hopped on the ropes looking for a loud cheer as the fans booed him.)

Larry Sweeney: Ladies and gents, let me explain something to you. You're
looking at "Sweet `N Sour" Larry Sweeney. What I say goes. Now, let's hear it
from all those good looking gals in the audience.

(The crowd booed Sweeney.)

Larry Sweeney: My mistake, all of those fine looking women are backstage
waiting for us three to take them to that special place. How about all of you
genetlemen. Let's hear it for "Sweet `N Sour."

(The crowd booed Sweeney. A fan in the front row began yelling and cursing at
Sweeney.)

Larry Sweeney: Brother, I don't appreciate that language and don't even get me
started on what you're wearing. You clearly don't know what is going on in this
ring. Right now, you are all being treated to the stylings of Larry Sweeney and
you better close that weak jaw of yours, ya bum!

(Sweeney posed for the crowd as the fans continued yelling obscenities at
Sweeney.)

Larry Sweeney: Hey pal, you've got two tickets to Larrydise...and you ain't
coming back!

(Sweeney posed for an extended period of time.)

Larry Sweeney: Folks, I'm not sure about you, but I sure could use a hero. I
could use a man who can do the impossible. I need a man who is faster than a
speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive. Able to leap tall buildings
in a single bound --- look, up in the sky, it's a bird, it's a plane, it's
CHRIS HERO!! Everybody, please focus your attention on the greatest PWF World
Heavyweight Champion of all-time. The current PWF World Tag Team Champion and
the only man who can bring the PWF to the heights it needs to reach. We have
found our white knight and he's not a mere mortal. He's Chris Hero and along
with "Double C" Claudio Castagnoli are going to take the PWF World Tag Team Championship to a place it has never been. It's quite simple, the Kings of
Wrestling are finally where they belong, atop that great mountain as PWF World
Tag Team Champions and unless you have a defense for kryptonite, I urge all
those who stand in our way to cease and desist, because there isn't a chance in
the world you're dethroning these two men!

(Sweeney tossed the microphone aside as he led the Kings of Wrestling out of
the ring to massive boos from the crowd.)

Interview:
Paul Heyman & Briscoe Brothers interview

("Gimme Back My Bullets" by Lynyrd Skynyrd played as The Briscoe Brothers: Jay
& Mark Briscoe came to the ring with their new manager, Paul Heyman.)

Paul Heyman: The term legend is tossed around nowadays without much
understanding as to what the word actually means. You see, what The Briscoe
Brothers did at Battle Final 2010 is start to sketch their legend in the PWF
ring. Anybody can run around and tell everyone over and over again that they're
legend. If you say it enough, people will start to believe you. Then again, you
can say anything you want over and over again and people will start to believe
it. Fact is, The Briscoe Brothers enlisted the services of yours truly, Paul
Heyman. Masked Destruction never was of the same thought as me and never seemed
to understand what I wanted to do. They had all the talent there to run
roughshod over the PWF, yet didn't want to do things my way. They were met with
a rude welcome, in the form of a cell phone breaking across their heads. That's
history and it's time to look towards the future. The bright future that I hold
in my hand of the most underrated tag team in the PWF today: The Briscoe
Brothers. Constantly over-looked, dodged and kick aside. No longer! The Briscoe
Brothers demand respect and one way or another we will assert that respect to
every tag team we step in the ring with. For you are looking at what it takes
to be a legend and that legend stands in this ring as a combined unit, more
focused and hungry than any I have ever seen. PWF, we're calling you out. You
ready? We are.

(Heyman left the ring with his tag team.)
