5/4/19: PWF Showdown #162

Interview:
Ring Generals interview

("Live To Win" by Motorhead played as PWF World Heavyweight Champion Brent
Albright, Erick Stevens, Bret Hart, Nigel McGuinness and James Gibson came to
the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Brent Albright: Standing in this ring is law and order inside in the PWF.
Standing in this ring is the new mandate within the PWF. Standing in this are
the Ring Generals of the PWF. We will be dictating what is right and what is
wrong. We will be dictating how events of the future work and take effect on
all other members of the PWF. The PWF is now my battle field and my battle
field has five members located at all points waiting and hoping that the right
person comes along for the Ring Generals to commence work on that foolish man
who thinks he can stand toe to toe with the likes of what is standing inside
this ring. All members of the PWF are now on notice: the PWF is my company and
I'll determine who is on top of my company. For the present and future, you're
looking at the man who is the measuring stick for this company, the PWF World
Heavyweight Champion, yours truly, Brent Albright!

(Albright led the Ring Generals out of the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Interview:
Dangerous Alliance interview

("Iron Fist" by Motorhead played as Lou E. Dangerously led the Dangerous
Alliance: Giant Bernard & Travis Tomko to the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Lou E. Dangerously: Enough is enough and we're not going to stand for it
anymore! PWF WrestleWar was it. We had London & Kendrick, Aries & Strong, Edge
& Christian and my Dangerous Alliance: Giant Bernard & Travis Tomko. Logically,
the outcome should have involved Bernard and Tomko holding the PWF World Tag
Team Championship belts, but alas it didn't take place. Fluke upon fluke upon
fluke! Edge & Christian walk out as the new PWF World Tag Team Champions and
I'm standing for it. As a matter of fact, I'm not leaving this ring until Edge
& Christian crawl on down here and hand over the PWF World Tag Team
Championship belts to their rightful owners: The Dangerous Alliance: Giant
Bernard & Travis Tomko!

("Metalingus" by Alter Bridge played as the PWF World Tag Team Champions Edge &
Christian came to the ring to a mixture of cheers and boos.)

Edge: Lou E., it seems to me you're a little learning impaired, so let's break
it down for you very slowly. In order to win a four corners match, you have to
be the last team standing. At WrestleWar, not only where Bernard & Tomko not
the last team standing, they weren't even the next team standing. Your two boys
are nothing more than a couple of a losers who can't get the job done.

Christian: Dangerously, my associate is absolutely correct in this matter. Your
tag team are a couple of stiffs who couldn't even beat two men half their size,
no matter beat the combo standing in front of ya!

Lou E. Dangerously: Gentlemen, you should get me angry, because when I get
angry, Bernard & Tomko break things.

Edge: Like what? The size limit for traveling on an air plane?

(Bernard grabbed Edge by the throat as Dangerously took out his cell phone.
Christian clipped Dangerously at the knees and began trading fists with Tomko.
Bernard executed the Bernard Bomb on Edge as Tomko laid Christian out with a
power bomb. Bernard & Tomko picked up Edge & Christian's PWF World Tag Team
Championship belts and draped them over each man. The Dangerous Alliance left
the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Interview:
Bolin Services interview

("Woke Up This Morning" by A-3 played as Bolin Services: PWF Triple Crown
Champion Matt Sydal, Ken Doane, Jimmy Rave, Joey Matthews and Kenny Bolin came
to the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Kenny Bolin: You were all told of the future and you didn't want to believe it.
You were all told that Matt Sydal would be standing before you as the first
ever PWF Triple Crown Champion and you didn't want to believe it. Well, "The
Star Himself" Matt Sydal stands before you as THE Triple Crown Champion!

(Sydal posed with all three title belts to boos from the crowd.)

Kenny Bolin: Matt Sydal is the only man in the history of the PWF to hold the
PWF World Heavyweight Championship, the PWF Intercontinental Championship, the
PWF North American Championship, the PWF Double Crown Championship, the PWF
Openweight Championship and now the PWF Triple Crown Championship. Matt Sydal
is a legend amongst mortals and a man among men. This man cannot be beaten and
will not be beaten with Bolin Services watching his back. Matt Sydal is the
greatest professional wrestler ever put on this earth and has his sights set on
what he has already won, the PWF Champions Cup. It is fast approaching and Matt
Sydal has entered the tournament and looks to do what no man has ever done:
defend the PWF Champions Cup. Matt Sydal is approaching the apex for a
professional wrestler and will not be de-toured.

(Bolin Services left the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Interview:
Kings of Wrestling interview

("We Are The Champions" by Queen played as the Kings of Wrestling: Chris Hero,
Claudio Castagnoli and Larry Sweeney came to the ring to boos from the crowd.)

Larry Sweeney: It seems that the Kings of Wrestling have begun to falter here
inside the PWF. It seems that other men and other groups have surpassed the
Kings of Wrestling for supremacy. It seems that this whole fucking company has
decided that what is best for everyone else is to make sure that Chris Hero and
Claudio Castagnoli are kept down and forced to stay there. We are standing
inside a wrestling ring and inside the squared circle; Chris Hero and Claudio
Castagnoli are the Kings of Wrestling, well, at least they used to be. The
thing is, they're going to be again and that happens right now. The PWF likes
to grow and change and alter itself, well, the Kings of Wrestling are going to
do just that. We're not altering it by bringing in a has-been. We're not
altering it by bringing hardcore to the PWF. We're altering it by bringing the
next phase of competition to the PWF: We're bringing into the PWF, mixed
martial arts. Ladies and gentlemen, standing behind that curtain is a man who
is going to change the landscape of the PWF. This man has knockout power and an
attitude to go with it. This man is everyone else's worst nightmare, except
ours. "The New York Badass" Phil Baroni!

("You Better Run" by Motorhead played as Phil Baroni made his PWF debut.
Sweeney shook Baroni's hand and handed him the microphone.)

Phil Baroni: As of right now, every single member of the PWF is on notice. I'm
standing behind Hero and Castagnoli and all the rest of you are on my fucking
list. PWF Sudden Impact is coming up and I'm laying down an open challenge to
any man, who has the balls to stand inside a ring with me. It's not going to be
a pro-wrestling match. It's under my terms; it's a mixed martial arts match.
I'd love to see one of you pussies back there stand up to me. Any one of you
fucking cowards who thinks he's got what it takes to get his fucking head
knocked off, get your ass out here and prove it.

("Tear Away" by Drowning Pool played as Kevin Steen came to the ring to cheers
from the crowd.)

Larry Sweeney: Phil, let me handle this jamoke. Steen, what the hell do you
think you're doing out here? This isn't a convention of guys who couldn't
produce while with the Kings of Wrestling. This is a challenge being laid down
by Phil Baroni for a serious challenger.

(Steen took the microphone from Sweeney and shoved him down. Baroni squared off
with Steen.)

Kevin Steen: Baroni, Sudden Impact, I accept.

(The fans cheered.)

Phil Baroni: Kevin Steen, you don't actually think you're going to step inside
the ring with me and knock me out, do you? Because if you, you're even stupider
than you look. Steen, Sudden Impact is going to be the longest evening of your
life and it very well may be the last.

(Baroni smirked at Steen as Steen left the ring to cheers from the crowd.)
